Former Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyeon 김용현 전 국방부 장관, former National Police Chief Jo Ji-ho 조지호 전 경찰청장, former Defense Intelligence Commander Roh Sang-won 노상원 전 정보사령관, former Seoul Police Chief Kim Bong-sik 김봉식 전 서울경찰청장, and former National Assembly Security Chief Mok Hyeon-tae 목현태 전 경비대장 were also found guilty of being major participants of the insurrection.
